Breathing life into an elderly curmudgeon, or a purple human-like creature from the Micronesian islands, or even a self-effacing, talking jalapeno-on-a-stick, Jeff Dunham is “straight man” to some of the funniest partners in show business.
Jeff has amassed legions of loyal fans throughout the United States and abroad with thousands of sold-out theater and comedy club performances, countless television guest spots including numerous Tonight Show appearances with both Leno and Carson and with two top-rated specials on Comedy Central.
He continues to win great accolades and success for one simple reason: Jeff and his buddies are funny as hell. Oh, and by the way… Jeff Dunham is a ventriloquist.
Jeff Dunham’s “Spark of Insanity” tour tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, October 3, 2008. This one IS showing at the Pensacola Civic Center. How much are tickets? Looks like $39.50 across the board. Here are some video samples of Jeff in action to wet your appetite for hilarity.
This is on of Jeff’s oldest personalities, Peanut:
This one is really funny. It’s Jeff and Achmed the Dead Terrorist:
“Disney Live! Winnie the Pooh on Stage offers audiences young and old an unforgettable live entertainment experience and a chance to see Winnie the Pooh like never before,” said Producer Kenneth Feld, chairman and CEO of Feld Entertainment. “When the audience walks in and sees the set before them, they will feel like they are walking right into the Hundred Acre Wood. For many children, this will be their first theatrical experience, which will set the bar for what they expect to see for the rest of their lives.”
Disney Live! Winnie the Pooh is coming to the Pensacola Civic Center on Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 4:30 PM. Tickets are on sale now so get em while they last.
EDIT: It’s actually coming to the Mobile Civic Center Arena in Mobile, AL… sorry!
Tickets have gone on sale this morning (September 19, 2008) to see Larry the Cable Guy perform at the Pensacola Civic Center. My wife and I have seen both Ron White and Bill Engval (two of the other members of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour) and they were absolutely hilarious. A friend of mine has seen Larry the Cable Guy live and said the same about him. So if you are into some good ole redneck humor and need a good laugh, go get your tickets now!
Ladies (and gentlemen possibly), Michael Bublé is coming to concert at the Pensacola Civic Center Friday, October 17, 2008! Presale tickets are starting today (September 11, 2008) and cost in the range of $49.50 - $79.50. Onsale to the general public begins tomorrow (September 12, 2008).
Who is Michael Bublé, you ask? He is a Canadian big bad singer born September 9, 1975 (he’s the same age as I am!) who has won several awards including a Grammy and multiple Juno Awards. His success in the United States came about with his 2005 album, It’s Time.

My daughter and I went to Michael Buble's concert in Birmingham and it was awesome. I was a teen in the 50's when this music was first popular and he
